No. We do not receive your credit/debit card information. All payments are processed by Paypal.com and are only used when you are making the purchase.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
For an Exchange
Orders placed within the USA are eligible for exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a return label. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a credit for the full amount of your purchase.
For a Refund
Orders placed within the USA are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com and we will take it from there. You will have the option to get a pre-paid label for a flat shipping fee deducted from the refund ($45.00 bikes / $9.99 other items) or you may elect to arrange shipping yourself. Upon receipt we will issue a full-refund less any applicable shipping fees.
