The 4130 line is offered in 5 designer-style colorways - Van Damme, Perplexing Purple, Sokol, Army Green and Black Matte and are offered in three different handlebar options. State Bicycle Road Bikes State Bicycle Co offers classic-styled 8-speed road bikes made from Chromoly Steel, and special ornamentation on the brake levers, hubs, brake pad holders, saddle, and more.
